Users are most satisfied with iTel's product quality, price and value for money
Itel is strengthening its grip on budget smartphones. Earlier, the company got the number one tag in the Rs 5,000 segment but now it has also become the number one in the Rs 7,000 segment. According to a report by Cyber Media Research (CMR), iTel is now becoming very popular among users in 7000 smartphones during the epidemic.

In the smartphone segment priced below Rs 7,000, users are looking for best-in-class specs and value for money smartphones. ITel has made rapid progress in the Indian smartphone market. Users are most satisfied with the quality, price and value for money of iTel's products. ITel has the highest Net Promoter Score (NPS) at 60%. Itel is followed by Realmy (58%) and Xiaomi (54%).
ITel relaunched two smartphones
ITel has relaunched the iTel A23 Pro and the reloaded iTel A48 smartphones this year. Many partner devices are being launched right now designed to present a single portfolio across all segments.

Itel has a net promoter score (60%). This is followed by Realmy (58%) and Xiaomi (54%). In terms of cities, Itel has the highest scores in Bengaluru (78%), Chandigarh (75%) and Jaipur (68%). RealMe has the highest scores in Delhi (76%) and Chennai (72%).
