Under the PM Kisan Sanman Nidhi Yojana, the Central Government provides financial assistance of Rs. 6000 per annum to the farmers of the country. The government has started putting the eighth installment in the farmers' account. The government is going to make some changes in the old method of this scheme. The benefit of PM Kisan Sanman Scheme will now be available only to those farmers in whose name farming is done. This means that those who share in the inherited land as before will no longer get the benefit of this scheme. Under the PM Kisan scheme, the Modi government gives Rs 6,000 to farmers in three installments of Rs 2,000 and Rs 2,000 every year. Under this, the first installment falls between April 1 to July 31, the second installment between August 1 to November 30 and the third installment between December 1 and March 31.

noted that the scheme, which was launched in 2019, had some glitches in the last few days, which the government has decided to rectify. The government has taken this step to bring transparency in the scheme. Farmers who have newly registered in the Kisan Sanman Nidhi Yojana will now have to mention the plot number of their land in the application form. However the new rules will not affect the old beneficiaries associated with the scheme.

easy to register in this scheme. You can complete this process online from home. Apart from that you can apply for this scheme through Panchayat Secretary or Patwari or Local Common Service Center. Apart from that you can also register for this scheme yourself.

Now go to Farmers Corner

Then enter the Aadhaar number
