In which an advertisement was printed for admission in a course on Youth Empowerment. Alok liked the course, the fee was also low. So he decided to study for a master's degree and was admitted. to say that the light was at the beginning of school and college organized a career counseling program. A good number of students participated in it but very few students were willing to pay for guidance. Even the school did not show much interest in the paid program then. Sometimes it seemed like nothing special in this sector in terms of career but on the other hand I was satisfied that I was doing something good for the society and the youth.

Alok says that before Corona, most of our programs were in offline mode. We used to go to schools and counsel children, but it felt like a lockdown like last year, we also shifted to an online platform. We currently have online interactions with 10 to 15 children every day. Along with this we also take online counseling classes with the schools we have a tie-up with.
How to guide children?
Alok says that we have divided our program into three categories. We have a program called Target for 10th standard students. In which we counsel one child at a time. We analyze their interest, their ability and weakness. We then suggest to them which subject they should choose next. What is the scope of career and what should be planned step by step from now on.
In this way std. Launched a program called Strategy for students 12 or above. In which we emphasize on career oriented subject selection to children and the strategy to achieve it. Someone wants to be a doctor, someone wants to be an engineer or start their own startup. So what should be the preparation for it? What is its process? What will be required and what will be the challenges? We focus on these topics.

Alok says that many children are talented, but due to lack of proper guidance, they have to wander.
Our third program is about parenting and caring, as many parents are worried about their children's careers and studies. Many children do not have a good relationship with their parents. Many children live in tension and some children even commit suicide.
So our experts tell parents how to be friendly with their children. How to take care of children if their minds are not interested in studies? Which fields have career scope according to their interest and background. Its preparation, process and what the fee will be. We explain all this well.
Alok's team has created a website called careervector.in. After visiting which the student can request for counseling. "Our team then talks to them by phone or video call," he says. Then solves their problem. And help them make career decisions. A team of about a dozen experts has joined us. Not only that, we have also created a dashboard on the website. With the help of which the student can view his regular performance report.
Alok is also set to launch a counseling program on pre-marriage and post-marriage soon. So as to avoid breaking up the relationship. Such incidents have increased in recent times, as there is no reconciliation between many.
