*ધોરણ 2 નિદાન /ઉપચારાત્મક કાર્ય અંતર્ગત બાયસેગ પ્રસારણના મહત્વના મુદ્દા*
*ડો. હરેશભાઈ ચૌધરી :-*
- 31-1-2019 અને 1-2-2019ના રોજ લેવાયેલ કસોટી માત્ર નિદાનાત્મક કસોટી હતી.
- બીજા ધોરણના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ધોરણ 1નું ન આવડતું હોય તો તેમને પ્રજ્ઞા અભિગમ મુજબ જ ધોરણ 1ના અભ્યાસ કાર્ડ કરાવવા. જેમ અપણે વ્યક્તિગત કાર્ડ કરાવી છીએ તેમ.
- ઉપચારાત્મક શિક્ષણ એટલે વિદ્યાર્થીની જરૂરિયાત મુજબનું કાર્ય. સમૂહમાં તો ન જ થાય.
- ધોરણ 2ના બાળકોની *તા. 15 અને 16 માર્ચના રોજ મધ્યસત્ર કસોટી* લેવામાં આવશે.
- આ કસોટી ધોરણ 3 થી 5માં ભાષા ભણવે છે તે ગુજરાતીની અને ધોરણ 3 થી 5માં ગણિત ભણાવે છે તે ગણિતની કસોટી લેશે. અને તેની દેખરેખ આચાર્ય રાખશે. તેમ જ ધોરણ 2ના શિક્ષક આ કસોટી ન જ લે તે સુનિશ્ચિત કરશે.
-આ કસોટી શાળામાં સોફ્ટ કોપીના રૂપમાં મોકલવામાં આવશે. અને શાળા પોતાની જરૂરિયાત મુજબ પ્રિન્ટ કરી ઉપયોગ કરશે.
- વાચન અર્થગ્રહણના પ્રશ્નોમાં શિક્ષકે ફકરો વાચવાનો કે સમજાવવાનો નથી. પણ બાળકે જાતે જ વાચીને જવાબ આપવાનો છે. તે ખાસ જોવું.
- ચિત્ર વર્ણનમાં પણ શિક્ષકે ચિત્રની એક પણ બાબત કહેવાની કે સમજાવવાની નથી. જાતે જ સ્વતંત્ર લેખન કરવા દેવુ.
- ઉપચારાત્મક કાર્ય માટે એક્સ્ટ્રા મટિરિયલ્સ એક બે દિવસમાં શાળા સુધી પહોંચી જશે. ગુજરાતમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓની સંખ્યા મુજબ વર્કબુક અને ગણિતની શિક્ષક માટે શિક્ષક માર્ગદર્શિકા.
*પરેશભાઈ દલસાણિયા (ગુજરાતી) :-*
- નિદાન કસોટીના રીપોર્ટ કાર્ડ ન મળ્યા હોય તો મૂલ્યાંકન શુટને આધારે પણ ઉપચારાત્મક કાર્ય કરવુ.
- વર્ક બુકમાં છ અઠવાડિયા માટેનું કામ આપેલ છે. દરેક અઠવાડિયે બે બે એકમનું ઉપચારાત્મક કાર્ય કરવું. જયારે છેલ્લાં છઠ્ઠા અઠવાડિયામાં ત્રણ એકમનુ કાર્ય કરવું. આમ બીજા ધોરણના ચૌદ એકમ તૈયાર થઈ જશે. ધોરણ 1ના 1થી 8 એકમ એટલે કુલ 8 એકમ અને બીજા ધોરણના 9 થી 14 એકમ જેમા 9મો એકમ પુનરાવર્તનનો છે એટલે 10 થી 14 એકમ એટલે 5 એકમ એમ બંને મળી 13 એકમ સુધીનું એપ્રિલના અંત સુધીમાં કામ થશે.
- દર અઠવાડિયાના અંતમાં *મને આવડે છે...* નામની કસોટી ધોરણ 2નું ઉપચારાત્મક કાર્ય કરાવતા શિક્ષકે લેવી અને તેમા તેની અને વાલીની સહી કરાવવી.
*સૂચિતભાઈ પ્રજાપતિ ( ગણિત) :-*
- ગણિતના ઉપચારાત્મક માટે ખાના વાળી નોટબુક જરૂર વસાવવી. અને તેનો સમજ પૂર્વક ઉપયોગ થાય તે જોવું. દા.ત., 24 લખવા માટે એક ખાનામાં બે અને બાજુના ખાનામાં 4 લાવવા. જેથી એકમ દશકનો ખ્યાલ આવી શકે.
- સંખ્યામાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓને શબ્દમાં સંખ્યાનું લેખન કરાવવાનું નથી પણ સંખ્યાની ઓળખ અને સમજ દ્રઢ કરાવવાની છે.
- ગણિતના ઉપચારાત્મક માટે *શિક્ષક માર્ગદર્શિકા* આપવામાં આવશે. તે મુજબ કાર્ય કરવું
- ગણિતમાં જરૂર પુરતું લેખન સ્કેર લાઈન બુકમાં કરાવવું.
- આ શિક્ષક માર્ગદર્શિકામાં *C. R. A.* મુજબ કાર્ય કરવું. એટલે કે C  એટલે મૂર્ત વસ્તુ (કોંક્રીટ), R એટલે ચિત્રાત્મક રજૂઆત અને આ એટલે અમૂર્ત ખ્યાલ. આ પધ્ધતિથી કાર્ય કરવું.
- આ માર્ગદર્શિકામાં અઠવાડિયાનું ઉપચારાત્મક કાર્ય આપેલ છે. તેમાં દર અઠવાડિયના અંતે કસોટી લેવાની છે.
- આ માર્ગદર્શિકામાં દરરોજ પાંચેક મિનિટ બધા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ સમૂહ કાર્યમાં કરાવવાની પ્રવૃત્તિ આપેલ છે જે સમૂહમાં ફરજિયાત કરાવવી અને પછી વ્યક્તિગત કાર્ડ આપવા.
# *વિનોદ રાવ સાહેબ :-*
- ધોરણ 2ની કસોટી ધોરણ 3ના શિક્ષક જ લે તે ખાસ જોવુ. તેમાં બાંધછૈડ ચલાવી નહીં લેવાય.
- ગાર્ડિયન શિક્ષકે પણ નિદાન કસોટી લેવી.
- ગાર્ડિયન શિક્ષક અને 3જા ધોરણના શિક્ષકે લીધેલ કસોટીને ટેલી કરવી જો તફાવત જણાય તો જોઈન્ટ એસેસમેન્ટ કરવું.
- ચુંટણી તથા વાર્ષિક પરીક્ષાના માહોલમાં પણ પોઝીટીવ રીતે કામને લઈને ખૂબ મહેનત કરવી. જેથી જૂન-19ના નવા સત્રમાં તમમા બાળકો 100% શીખીને જાય. જરૂર જણાય તો ઉનાળુ વેકેશનમાં પણ ઉપચારાત્મક કાર્ય કરીશુ.
-ઉપચારાત્મક કાર્ય ન કરવાનું કોઇ બાનુ ચલાવી લેવામાં નહી જ આવે.
- મધ્યસત્ર કસોટી અને વર્ષના અંતની કસોટીની પણ ડેટા એન્ટ્રી કરવાની છે. તેને આધારે ભવિષ્યની યોજના આપવામાં આવશે.
- વાર્ષિક પરીક્ષા સમગ્ર રાજ્યમાં એક સાથે એક સરખા પેપરથી લેવામાં આવશે.
- ગત વખતની જેમ બાહ્ય સુપરવાઈઝરની નિમણૂક કરવામાં આવશે.
- આ વખતે 100%  પેપરની ચકાસણી બાહ્ય મૂલ્યાંકનકાર દ્વારા કરવામાં આવશે.
- આ પરીક્ષાની પણ ઓનલાઈન ડેટા એન્ટ્રી કરવાની છે.
- આવતા સત્રથી ધોરણ 4-5-6નું પણ ઉપચારાત્મક કાર્ય કરવાનુ છે તેમનું આયોજન પણ થઈ રહ્યું છે.
- પ્રવેશ ઉત્સવમાં આ વખતે 45 દિવસનો સ્કૂલ રેડિનેશ પ્રોગ્રામ પણ કરવાનો છે. તેમનુ પણ આયોજન કરવામાં આવી રહ્યું છે.
- ઉપચારાત્મક કાર્ય માટે *ફિનીશિંગ લાઈન નથી પણ છેલ્લા બાળકને પુરુ ન આવડે ત્યા સુધી* આ કામ કરવાનું છે.

-15/16 માર્ચના રોજ ખરેખર સાચી રીતે કસોટી લેવી. કોઈ બાંધછોડ નહીં. તેમ જ સાચી પરિસ્થિતિ બતાવવી.

Lic Home loan : Lic Hfl to offer home loans up to 75 years of age

LIC Housing Finance's big announcement, pay home loans up to the age of 75

LIC Housing Finance will be able to increase its reach in the home loan segment with this partnership as it will lend to people who do not get salaries and no other credit history is due to other lenders.

LIC Housing Finance will also offer home loans to non-salaried people.

The company says it will offer home loans to those who have no credit history.

LIC Housing Finance has partnered with the India Mortgage Guarantee Corporation for this.

Now you can take home loan from LIC Housing Finance (LICHFL) and settle it till the age of 75 years. For this, the company has partnered with the India Mortgage Guarantee Corporation (IMGC). The case of IMGC defaults provides insurance.

LICHFL's MD and CEO Vinay Shah told the Times of India that in partnership with IMGC, we will be able to provide a long-term home loan to those who are not paid. He said, "This will also provide a higher level of mortgage for the loan."

For small premium payment, the IMGC will guarantee a repayment of 20% of the total outstanding loan. This guarantee will be equal to at least six EMIs. With this, LIC Housing Finance will get the time to spend the home without damages. One time premium of the loan will be 0.9 percent to 1.5 percent. It will have to be repaid to the lender who will be able to make a claim in the EMI.

According to Shah, LIC Housing Finance will be able to increase its access to the home loan segment with this partnership as it will lend to people who do not get salaries and no other credit history, because other lenders do not offer them.
