First you have to visit the website. https://myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/genricPVCThen you have to register your Aadhaar card number.You have to enter the security code, and you have to click on My Mobile number is not registered. Enter your mobile number and click on the 'Send OTP' option.

You have to pay a nominal fee of Rs.50. You will receive your PVC Aadhaar card at your registered address within two weeks.
