In Punjab, two women brutally stabbed a dog on the road. Here two women riding an Activa at full speed hit a dog on the road. The women's actions were captured on CCTV cameras in the street.

People then treated the seriously injured dog immediately, although the dog died a few days later. Police have arrested both women based on CCTV footage. The incident took place on June 20, but CCTV footage of it has surfaced.
