
A four-storey building in the Malwa area collapsed at 11.10 pm on Wednesday after a full day of rain in Mumbai. Eighteen people were evacuated from the wreckage after the incident, 11 of whom died, while the remaining seven are undergoing treatment at the BDBA Nagar General Hospital. There were only three families living in the building at the time of the incident, including some children.
