Union Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan has written a letter to the Chief Secretaries of 8 states informing them to start preparations to face Delta Plus. These include Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Karnataka, Rajasthan and Tamil Nadu.
