After a video of the incident went viral on social media, police sources said the woman was chasing her husband's Range Rover on Pedder Road. The woman's friend was allegedly accompanying her in her husband's car.

The woman, who suspects her husband's affair, intercepts a Range Rover, gets out of the vehicle and screams for her husband to get out. He also climbed on the bonnet of the vehicle. He kicked the man out of the car.
Meanwhile another woman was trying to escape. Upon learning of this she ran behind the vehicle and when the car stopped at the signal, opened the door and tried to attack the woman.
The traffic police present at the spot intervened and took the three persons and both the vehicles to Gamdevi police station.
A scuffle between a couple on the road on Saturday evening temporarily affected traffic on Mumbai's Pader Road. The traffic police fined the woman by giving her a currency for leaving her vehicle in the middle of the road. This led to a traffic jam. However, no crime was reported, police said.
