Regarding the rathyatra today, Mahant Dilipdasji of Jagannath temple said that people feel that the rathyatra will start, but Home Minister Pradipsinh Jadeja said that the yatra would be held as per the prescribed protocol and the decision of the rathyatra would be taken after reviewing Corona's condition. Yesterday, Chief Minister Rupani said in a statement that a decision would be taken at the right time for the rath yatra.

The decision will be taken jointly by the state government and the temple trust.
Pradipsinh Jadeja will meet the trustees
and take a decision together with the state government and the temple trust to launch the 144th Rathyatra of Lord Jagannath. Home Minister Pradipsinh Jadeja, who arrived at the Jamalpur Jagannath Temple for a darshan, said after a meeting with the trustees, a decision on how to hold the rath yatra would be taken keeping in view the situation in Corona. Prior to the Rathyatra, the traditionally departed voyage will be conducted as per the guidelines of Corona. Mahant Dilipdasji of the temple said that all the people feel that the rath yatra should start and they should get the privilege of darshan. This year, the decision will be taken after discussions between the government and the temple trust. A small number of people will be sailed along with the guidelines of Corona.
