Delhi:Kapiraj sits next to passenger in metro, DMRC orders probe after user complains
The video of Kapiraj traveling in the metro with a passenger and jumping around is from Delhi. Here, Kapiraj boarded a metro coach from Anand Vihar to Dwarka. Some passengers were surprised to see Kapiraj.
Sometimes Kapiraj was seen roaming the metro and sometimes he was seen sitting next to the passenger and enjoying the journey. So Kapiraj was also looking out of the window on the running metro.

Importantly, this video was made by a passenger riding in a coach and shared on social media. Following this, a user complained and the DMRC, i.e. Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, ordered an inquiry.
