This video of biker negligence is from Mancherial district of Telangana. Here in Thaplapur village, a young man riding a bike was killed while crossing a forest department check post.
As can be seen in the CCTV footage, the policeman posted at the check post raised his hand and asked him to stop the speeding bike.
The gate of the checkpost is closed and he is signaling to stop the bike. However, the bike arrives at the check post at full speed in a matter of seconds. Seeing this, the policeman tries to raise the gate and the biker heads down and passes under the gate.
But the young man sitting in the back collided with the barricade and fell headlong on the road. The accident left 30-year-old Venkatesh with a severed head and a horrific death. The father of the deceased has lodged a complaint against the biker Chandrasekhar. Police have taken action against the biker based on the complaint and CCTV footage.
