In Madhya Pradesh's Datia and Bhind districts, violators of the Koro curfew were punished by the police for doing snake dance and running frog race.
At Rajgarh Chowk in Datia district, policemen first made people get out of their homes during the Koro curfew and get them to sit up and do a snake dance. And then the policemen sent him home explaining. Someone posted a video of him on social media. Which has gone very viral.

YS Tomar, in-charge of Rajgarh outpost, said on Thursday that despite repeated persuasions, people were coming out of their homes unnecessarily, adding that there were many ways to stop them. “We are also trying to persuade people not to go out of the house unnecessarily,” he said. "As punishment, we are punishing people who go out of the house unnecessarily, such as getting up and sitting down, writing Ram's name, making chickens, chanting their Aarti, sending them to temporary jail and making them dance," he said.
Deputy Superintendent of Police (Police Headquarters Bhind) Motilal Kushwaha said that on Wednesday, a fruit and lagoon program was going on for the groom Mukesh Jatav (25) at the government hostel building of Sultan Singh village in Umri police station area, 15 km from Bhind district headquarters. Police arrived at the scene and found about 200 people eating there.
