Accident:3 youths from Surat returning from Saurashtra to serve Koro patients in car accident near Vadodara
A tragic accident took place between a car and a truck near Kapurai intersection on the National Highway early in the morning.
The car collided with a truck on the wrong side of the car divider as the driver fell asleep

A tragic accident took place between a car and a truck near Kapurai intersection on the National Highway passing outside Vadodara city early in the morning.
Three youths were killed on the spot in the Gozari incident. The driver lost control of the vehicle after falling asleep, jumped the car divider and reached the wrong side and got lost with a passing truck. The three youths who died in the accident were returning to Surat from Saurashtra after serving Koro patients.

According to the information received from the driver who lost control of the steering wheel, Ashokbhai Gokulbhai Godani (age 36), resident of Para Sukh Mandir Row House on Surat Olpad Road, Sanjaybhai alias Chandu, resident of C-102, Yoginagar Society, Sarthana-Surat Hasmukhbhai Godani (age 27) and Rajubhai Girdharbhai Gondalia (age 42), a resident of Bhambhania village in Mahuva taluka of Bhavnagar district, left Saurashtra for Surat in a car to serve Koro patients. Meanwhile, the driver lost control of his steering wheel when he fell asleep near Kapurai intersection on the Vadodara National Highway.

The wreckage of the car was gone.
The
driver of the three youths jumped out of the car and jumped the divider between the road and landed on the road near Liludi Dharti Hotel on the wrong side and at the same time got lost in the oncoming truck. The car overturned as it sped off with the truck, killing three young men in the morning.
All three died in the young man's car.
As
soon as the incident was reported in the early hours of the morning, people living under the Kapurai Bridge as well as passers-by rushed to the spot. The incident also disrupted traffic on the highway for half an hour. On the other hand, as soon as the incident was reported to the Panigate police, a police convoy rushed to the spot. The bodies of three youths were trapped in the wrecked car in the Gozara accident. Police with the help of fire brigade pulled them out and called 108 ambulances and sent them to Sayaji Hospital for postmortem.
The fire department had to be called in to help remove the bodies from the car.

The family rushed to Vadodara from Surat.
The Panigate police informed the family of the deceased on the basis of documents including the license obtained from the car of the deceased youth. The family rushed to Vadodara from Surat as soon as the police reported the incident. Panigate police, on the other hand, registered a case of accidental death and took action.
