Ricongpio (Kinnaur). Glacier came down from the mountain in National High-5 Rally on Wednesday in Kinnaur district of Himachal Pradesh. This route was blocked due to this. But the route has been opened on Thursday morning. However, the Pooh Highway from Powari is closed at Pangi Nala and Spilo. The district administration of Kinnaur has instructed everyone that the weather will be bad again for the next two days and in that case do not travel on this route
Earlier, no casualties were reported from the glacier's arrival on Wednesday. However, due to blockage of NH, movement of vehicles from other upper areas including district headquarters Ricangpio towards Rampur Shimla was completely stopped.
