State Bank of India (SBI), Kotak Mahindra and ICICI Bank have slashed interest rates on home loans. If you want to take a loan at low interest rate, you can apply till March 31, 2021. Under this scheme, SBI and ICICI Bank are providing loans at an interest rate of 6.70%. Kotak Mahindra Bank is offering home loans at an interest rate of 6.65%.

Kotak Mahindra Bank is offering loans at 6.65%
Kotak Mahindra Bank has also reduced interest rates for a limited time by 0.10%, which is currently 6.65%. This is a special offer of the bank which is valid till 31st March 2021. According to the bank, the interest rate will be linked to the borrowers' credit score and loan-to-value ratio. This rate will also apply to home loans and balance transfer loans. This interest rate also applies to all amounts.

SBI also cut interest rates
SBI also cut interest rates on March 1. So SBI's home loan is 6.70%. According to the bank, the offer will only run until March 31, 2021. Not only that, SBI has announced a 100% waiver of processing fees till March 31. That means you will save about 1% on your total loan. Processing fees usually range from 0.8% to 1%. On a loan of Rs 20 lakh, you have to pay a processing fee of Rs 18,000 to Rs 20,000.

ICICI Bank is also offering loans at 6.70%. ICICI Bank is also
offering home loans at 6.70%. According to the bank, the rate is for a loan of up to Rs 75 lakh for a customer.
