The Indian Post has extended the application date for recruitment to the 4269 post of Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS). Interested candidates can now apply for these posts till January 23. Previously, the application deadline was set for January 20, which has now been extended.
The application process started from December 21.
Candidates who have not yet applied for these posts can apply online by going to the official website appost.in. The application process for these posts started one month ago i.e. from December 21, 2020. These recruitments have been drawn for Gujarat and Karnataka circle.

Eligibility
Candidates applying for the posts of Rural Postal Servants are required to have passed 10th standard in Mathematics, Local Language and English (as compulsory or optional subjects) from any recognized board.
Age Limit
Candidates applying for the post of Gramin Dak Sevak should be between 18 to 40 years of age. You can check the official notification for more information regarding age limit.
